My blog is focussed the nuts and bolts of Christian ministry, centering on preaching, but I review relevant books occasionally as well. And, obviously, the views here are my own.

My goals to help all of us who lead churches to become better at being the under-shepherds of God’s flock – the people he loves, and that his Son died for.  I blog about twice times a week.  And you’ll see that I write books too.

The new angle on my blog at the moment is that I came through a tough year with cancer in 2015, and I’m processing some of that stuff here – but always with a ministry aspect.
