By I was mulling over the picture of a sports team the other day, and several things occurred to me.
1 There are many roles on and off the pitch
2 Each of those roles could be simplified into asking one distinctive question
3 Each of those roles has a viewpoint, but all viewpoints will have an inevitable blind spot
4 I move between all of these roles at different points of my week. So it’s worth asking what each one contributes, and when I last made that contribution. What do you think? What have I missed? Pile in!
