Isn’t abuse something that should make us angry? Isn’t standing up for the victim something God’s people do? Something the leaders of God’s people are supposed to do?
Leadership has to be an expression of the Fruit of the Spirit, not a cover for egos, bullying and power.
Look at yourself rather than others. Look in the mirror, and check your deepest motivations.
I’ve just watched a small team have a bit of a wobble. They didn’t crash – the event they planned went smoothly in the end, and no-one outside the team would have spotted that there was a problem. But there was, and it’s easily solved.
